DramaFest Fundraising :)

Heyo! So I just realised that it's been some time since I last posted, so yup, I'm back, I just didn't know what to write for the past few days cuz I wanna write a special post just for DramaFest after encore night (Yes I've already established it in my mind that we will definitely get into encore night...) Cuz DramaFest is like really special, so I just wanna write 1 post, and let everything run free in it :p

So today was, actually still is, the fundraising day for our class, and we decided to sell the super yummy Chewy Junior, and then we decided that that may not be enough, so we went to get some drinks too. Then we were one of the first few classes that "opened" our stall, so yay, bonus for us, cuz we have like a handful more customers... (Me included!) And then Mr Ng also got one doughnut, (maybe it's a sign that he supports us!) and yes, everything was good! :)

Here, I have to give special thanks to these few extremely awesome people: Claud, Bao, Kymmie, RachK, Lixuan and Gracie. These people form the awesome fundraising team, and thanks to their hard work, and lots f sweat, literally, we've managed to raise $142, which is already pretty incredible, given the short amount of time that we had, and every other crappy conditions given to us... :) So a HUGE thank you to these people! <3

But the BEST part today was still that I gave Ms Chua the rose that I bought from Christy's class! :) I mean that was just so sweet <3 and I shall not elaborate further... :p

So this is the last day before our performance, and I'm really excited, like seriously I'm jumping around in my seat already. but at the same time I really don't want to mess up, even if it's just a bit... I mean like as a class, I think we've already given all that we could, and I really feel that right now, all we should, and can, do is to just get out there, enjoy ourselves, and hope that the audience loves us! <3

Lastly, to my VERY ABSOLUTELY AWESOME class, all the best, and don't worry, everything's gonna be just fine! So let's enjoy ourselves, and of course, own the night! :) I know we can do it, and I hope that each of us believes in ourselves too! So sleep tight, especially the fundraising team, and prepare to shine and glow and sparkle and just be awesome tomorrow! <3

I don't know, but somehow I feel sorta like assured when I'm with you. :) So be happy and honoured about that! And thanks for all the advice and pep talks that you've given me, which really did miracles! :) So a huge thank you for all the wisdom, all the laughter and just being there! :)

So continue being my model student, and continue being so extremely pretty and photogenic, and just keep being so freaking awesome! :) I don't think there's anyone quite like you, so yeap, will really miss you lots and lots after we go into different classes. :)

And oh yes, thanks for making all of us feel so guilty, cuz swimmers are evidently extremely busy, from all of your trainings that you've been talking about, and yet you're still so disciplined and yeah, that's constantly been this wake-up call for me. Like whenever I wanna slack, I'll subconsciously think about you: NicT is either in the pool swimming her butt off, or at the table working her butt off, so you had better get up and mug, you lazy idiot! And remember that weird dream of yours that scared me out of my wits at like 1am in the morning? Well that was scary, and pretty much like a classic Ying moment... So thanks for that... Like I couldn't sleep for the whole night...

And yes thanks for bringing laughter to our class, and for breaking into random songs, though honestly, you're not the best singer in the world... Hello dear Dumbly,

Though your not techniquelly speaking :part of our class" anymore, but you know, you've always been here in class, even though you're not physically present. I mean you may laugh at this, but Ying still behaves like you're there next to her, and it's really sweet, yet quite painful, cuz it just shows how much we've bonded through the 1.5 years, and how those memories are merely memories now that you're in another school. Though I have no precise idea of why you left us, I'm just really happy for you, cuz as we all can see from your instagram uploads, you seem to be having a whale of time! :D And really, I'm more than happy for you.

I still remember the birthday present you gave me last year... It was this pretty "PEACE" key chain, and until now, it's still in my drawer, with the wrapping paper that came along with it, with your special handwritten note. :) It's really so sweet... <3 And I still keep the Polaroid picture that we took so long ago I don't even remember when that was...

Though those are now memories, they will live on forever and ever in my mind, and perhaps you were not very happy here, and perhaps you don't want to remember a lot of things that happened to you here, I just hope that you always remember that we're still your friends, and we miss you! :) And we're happy that you're happy! :)

Really, thanks for the awesome photos, that got us the beautiful photo journal that's been selected for exhibition! :) 2) Math SIA, where we were in Boarding School and stayed up till 1am just to think of some research question... 3) Thanks for helping us burn the CD for our Council Elections! Heyo to our tallest and strongest!

The first thing I'm gonna say is, remember our "zombie" makeup? Geez... Don't know how to survive for the next few days, and I just can't believe that even with that super thick and black makeup, it's still not visible... -_- Sigh... we shall go find out how to darken the already messed up makeup...

And moving on from our hideous makeup, our lines, and roles. Yes I know you're nervous that you're starting off our whole production, but hey, don't worry, cuz Peixi and I are like just beside you. Like literally. So just trust yourself that you'll be fine, and even if you're not, trust that we'll help you get out of any mess that is created. :P So yes, we'll work hard for our production, and just drag ourselves through the makeup... And perhaps get some thicker skin through the process... :)

Oh yes, and finally, don't worry about not growing taller, cuz come on, the whole world knows that even if you're not growing, you're taller than like all of us, and you'll be perfectly fine. :)

It's been two years since we've been in the same class, and even longer that we've known each other, and no words can actually define our relationship. We complain about the same things (think about SIAs, exams, and other stuff), we hate the same things (think about graphs and triangles), we get excited over the same things (think of MS CHUA!!! :) though I must be honest and say that I love Ms Chua more! hehe... :p)

So thinking about it, we're really quite similar, and we've been through quite some stuff together... And you know, it's really awesome to have someone like you in my life. I mean come on, who wouldn't like to have someone of the same age and circumstances to hate and love the exact things that you do?

So I'm just writing to say that it's an absolute HONOUR to know such a brilliant person like you so stay AWESOME and I'm certain that you'll have an extremely meaningful life! <3

Doctors

Hello darling, so we had a long pep talk today, and I must say, it was really good. I mean like, it really made me think about some of the things that I told you :)

You know, life is just the way it is, and the difference lies between you loving it, or hating it. Actually, either way, you will have to go through life, so hating it just makes it more difficult for yourself to get through every day. But of course, you would say, what if I ended it? Well I don't know, but I don't think about things like that, and I told you why. So you know what keeps me going with a smile, regardless genuine or not, to walk through the hailstorms that life creates for us.

And you know what? You should find that "doctor" in yourself. Find that doctor that will heal you when you're hurt, comfort you when you're disappointed, and support you whenever you need it. I'm pretty sure you know why I titled this post "Doctors"... :p

I just want you to be your own doctor. Do what your "doctor" tells you to, not what your parents tell you to. :) I mean of course your parents want the best for you, but you see, this is your life, your future, and it's your decisions that shape who you are gonna be. :)

It's still early, and we've all got many decades to go, so you'll find out about yourself, and many things will definitely change so just be patient and give yourself time to see yourself. And like I told you, I believe that God created everyone of us because He knows that each of us will eventually do something really awesome, cuz He had planned everything our for us already. You may not believe in whatever I believe, but just know that you are worth more than you think you are, so treasure yourself, and I promise, really awesome things will happen. :)
